Hi, I have some questions below and would like your help. Thanks in advance
1 Can I fill in the canada mail address in the form so that I can get the mail and then mail it back to my parents?
2 Can I pay the fee with my canadaian credit card online and do not need my parents pay it from other country
more questions:
3 should I fill the Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds part since my parents did not meet RO? They cancled the flight and also have doctor note for covid19 last year. They missted a couple of months for 2 years of 5...
4 the checklist asked the 2 photos and original passport. Should I scan the photo and passport and send them by email?

1. No, address for the PRTD needs to be outside of Canada.
2. I don't see any issues with that.

Yes, you absolutely want to include H&C considerations if they do not meet RO.
