Apply pr after study

Sir i want to know if its really true that applying pr after completing ur studies in canada province like manitoba is easier as compared to toronto....sum of my frnd thr in canada tell me that getting pr after study in toronto is difficult as compared to other province like manitoba...after having a 6 monts wrk exp in manitoba u can apply for ur pr ...pls suggest..kindly suggest the right option...i had a offer letter frm uni of manitoba for 1 yr diploma...its aa right decision ...i also apply for seneca college in toronto...which i better...or i can go for masters degree...

gor for Manitoba bro... PR easy there in compared to Torronto .... their are lot of international students in torranto but in manitoba ... students are less so you should go for uni of manitoba (y) best of luck
