Apply for young professionals visa while waiting for OWP?

Applied for inland sponsorship + OWP in March 2021. As the title says, does anyone know if I can apply for young professionals visa (I'm eligible) while waiting for OWP? Or will that mess with my OPW application?

It doesn't mess with your OWP application.

Whether you can apply from Canada will depend on what country you are from. Depending on your country, you may only be eligible to apply while residing there.
