Apply for study permit from Dubai by Indian citizen

Hai,
I got my offer letter on Nov 2020 from the university for summer term 2021. Now , I am residing at Dubai and my visa will expire on Jan 2021. Can i apply for non sds from dubai. Will the visa expiry make any problems.
Pls advise me

It would be better to apply from your country of citizenship. Foreign nationals in the GCC are often refused for weak ties to their home countries.

if i am applying from Dubai, can i show my Indian NRI accounts as my assets instead of UAE bank balance,

Is it possible to apply in your home country while you are residing in the UAE? As I have read in some forums that this is not allowed and this shows as misinterpretation of details? So If I am Indian and currently residing in UAE with a valid residence visa, Is it possible that I can lodge my application in my home country, India? Hope you can advise. Thank you!

You could go home to apply but it would still be clear from your details that you have ties to the UAE.
