Can my wife apply for a student visa while we already apply for spouse sponsorship? She want to study instead of doing nothing.
We apply outland and the course is 3 months

She doesn't require a study permit to take a 3 month course. She should apply for a TRV since the course she plans to take is less than six months.

The lady at the school said to her for the gouvernement of Quebec reimburse the course you need to have the residence before June 24th or apply to a study permit. The study permit take 2 to 3 months to have it
