apply for PR or join a university

so this question is for a friend.

he would like to move to canada. he would also like to study once he moves to canada.
whats the best way forward, should he apply for a PR or join a college rather?

I think college fees are cheaper for PR residents in Canada in comparison to paying as an international student. So if he has enough points to apply now, it would probably save him some money

You thys are right.. for pr college is almost free
