Apply For Permanent resident through express entry and ending 5 years Ban

Hello Guys

Can I create express entry profile and accept the invitation before 2 months of our 5 years ban ends (Due to Misrepresentation to Canada)?

We are waiting since June 2016 to finish 5 years ban in June 2021.

If we can accept the invitation before ban ends, is it true that we must submit a file after completion of 5 years ban?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to qualify at the time you receive ITA. You cannot accept ITA until the five years have passed.
