Apply for Parent VISA

Hi,

I just moved to Canada from the US.
I saw the news that the Parent visa will open on Oct 13, 2020.
Is there a way I can apply VISA for my parents as I don't have any Canadian tax returns?
I am still doing remote work for my US firm.

No - there isn't. You'll need to wait until you have filed three years of Canadian tax returns before you will qualify to sponsor your parents.

For now, the only option is to bring them to Canada temporarily on either a TRV or super visa.

Yes the can apply for a TRV. Their finances, ties to their home country, previous international travel to countries like the US, UK, etc. will factor into whether they are approved.
