Apply for OWP while waiting for PR

Hi,

I hope someone can ask my question! After some research on CIC's website I didn't find anything, so any help would be really useful.

So my closed working visa as well as my LMO will expire in the next 2 days. Right now I'm still in Canada and I'll leave the country tomorrow. I have already applied for my PR and i was wondering if i can apply for OWP or even temporary working visa while i'm still in country. I will leave tomorrow anyways, but the thing is if i can get a visa while i'll be waiting for the PR answer/paperwork (cause it can take up to a year). If I can apply, can someone tell me how I should do it online?

Any answer would be really helpful, since i don't have a lot of time to apply. If i can apply i assume i have to do it till tomorrow :s

What kind of PR application did you submit? Through which program and when? Do you have AOR yet?

I just applied today. I'm in federal skilled trades program Through EE after i got my ITA. I don't what AOR is. I got the payment receipt if this is what you mean. What do you think?

Try to apply BOWP before your LMO expired, no need to leave the country, Log-in to your my CIC my page, click the visa/study/work permit link and follow he instructions,

My work permit and visa has been expired on April 28th, i have applied BOWP on March 18th, but still now there is no update from CIC, now i am on Implied status

you can legally stay and work on implied status in canada
