I'm working on my husband's P.R. Application, and apply for an open work permit for him.
In the complete guide it says to include IMM5720 "Application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker form". I'm assuming this is the paper form. BUT, when I go to the website for information on this, it says that I should do this application online, that most do it online and the only reason to complete it by paper is because of a disability or because there is a problem with the online application.
Confused.
Do I complete this form by paper and attach to my P.R. application OR complete it online?
