Apply for jobs before start of program

Hi, I have a question. Can I apply for jobs before the start of my program?

I DO NOT intent to work before my start of program, since that I am not enrolled yet. I just want to send in my resume for an on-campus job which accepts application until one day before the start of my program.

Applying before program start is not a problem at all. Working part time (upto 20 hours) when the program start is fine. Problem is when someone starts working before the program start. Good luck.
