I have a paper application for PR under a PNP program. I understand that it will take a long time... I applied in March 2018 and last time I checked, the avg processing time is estimated at 19 months.
Right now I have a closed work permit. It's been 12 months which means I have 1 year working experience in Canada so far. If i calculate my CRS score, i have 473.
Does that mean I can apply for Express Entry? Do I need to cancel my paper based application first?
