apply CEC after one year as skilled worker?

Hi friends,
im here in Canada from last December 2011 with work permit visa (2 years) , NOC B, can i apply for this program after next month December 2012?

Please advice.

Were you a student before? If you are a worker you have to wait 2yrs experience, but if Post Secondary graduate you can apply after 1yr work experience.

no, i wasn't student here, i came here as a skilled worker,
do you know which immigration program will fit my conditions ?

In my opinion I think you would be eligible under CEC since you say you are NOC B. But you have you gain 2yrs work experience to be eligible. Thats what I think. Lets hear what the others comment and say. Good luck

In January 2013, they are opening it up to one year of work instead of two. Wait until they formally announce that.

actually i working now in montreal, so i can apply under skilled worker program for skilled worker working in Quebec.
