Applied online . Student category: PhD University of Ottawa. Received this message on July 24, 2013,
"This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We require your passport to finalize processing your application".
Does it mean that visa is approved. I sent my passport on July 25 via VFS delhi, No news yet.
