I sent all my documents for Express Entry in April. However, by the end of this month, my visa is expiring (I have a valid work permit for two more years and currently have a job).
First of all, I am wondering what type of visa am I supposed to apply. Is it Visitor Visa?
If so, the waiting times say more than 150 days to process within Canada and I am worried if there is a family emergency how am I supposed to leave and come back to Canada...
Should I just wait for my PR to be issued since three months have passed?
