I have a very urgent question.
My work permit expires on June 18.
I applied to extend it in mid April, but did not get any update.
So I called CIC. The agents told me that a refusal decision had been made and the message was sent to my CIC portal 5 days ago.
However, as I checked my CIC portal, nothing was there.
I need to see the official letter , the reasons of rejection so that I can reapply.
Do you know why I cannot see the rejection letter?
The agents of CIC whom I talked to all said the rejection message was sent, not by mail, but electronically.
