I'm seeking assistance from anyone with answers.
My husband is the primary applicant in both cases. We are still waiting to hear back from BC PNP but we got our ITA from CIC yesterday.
My questions are:
1. being that we have been in Canada now for almost two years working, going to school etc. are we required to show proof of funds just like those persons not in Canada? I'm being told that we need to show $20,000 for a family of 3
2. My husband got his job while on his post-grad work permit and didn't need a LMIA? Is his job valid?
3. being that we already got an ITA will the province still give us the nomination?
