Applied second time for citizenship due to my stupidity, but need advise

Hey guys! I applied initially in Feb 2020 for my citizenship but had not clearly read the language requirements and submitted something wrong. They sent my whole package back in September 2020 but had added a note thah my physical presence is accepted from the initial application. Now the issue is, I may have to leave the country for a few months to be with my family. Do you know how long they’ll take to get back to me if I’ve made another mistake or when I should be receiving my AOR? And if so, does anyone here have experience with leaving the country while a citizenship application is being processed during these Covid times?
Is it beneficial to get an immigration consultant involved so I have someone here to look after my application?

Hi

It took me 5 months and 5 days to get AOR. Application received July 2, 2020 and AOR Dec 7, 2020. According to this forum AOR takes 4-7 months.

Not sure about second question, It might help. just go over few times
