I have applied in univeristy of winipeg with English language program and my file was applied in embassy on 27th nov. now it 15 Dec. still file in processing , some of my friend say that embassy holidays starts on 22nd Dec. to 6 Jan. , I don't know what is going to happened bcoz my classes starts from 4th Jan .

I don’t think the holidays continue for so long! And they don’t begin so early, better confirm it!

Embassy will be closed only for three days
25 dec. Christmas
26 dec. boxing day
01 jan. New year

Yes only for 3 days not for so long like from 22 dec to 6 jan. If all visa officers take vacation then that will be different story
