What evidence did you provided with your visa that you will come back to Pakistan!!!

You should enclose that you/your sponsor has property in country of residence and that you have ample job opportunities....

What are the chances of getting visa if i apply 2,nd time ?
Yes i have claimed for caips report. But it will take 23 working days .its too long.i have my cousin brother there.
Apart from that i got a job from campus in my college. But it was with 2 years bond.so i rejected that job.

Hi pa9393,

I applied to renew my visa and study permit through VAC on 30th October 2014, both had expired since i came back home for a few months.

I didnt get a medical call and recently got a rejection saying: 'You have failed to satisfy me that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay....i have considered several factors..'

-Purpose of Visit


This is a bit odd to me, since i am already a 3rd year university student and am going in for my final year. I had given all supporting documents, but my uni letter was a bit old..could that be a reason? what should i do? i wish to re-apply and can get a fresh letter from my university and so on..

even i hv applied of 20-10. but i got mail for my visa is being process now.it was on 29-10.
Now i got a mail on 4-11 saying that your processed passport has been dispatched.
BUT i didnt got any mail of aproval!!!!!
what are the chances of rejection ?
do anyone got any mail of aproval with same date as mine ?
