Hi i applied on 19 june at chandigarh vfs undr university category,,, and till date haven't heard response frm them,,,me really really worried,,, anybody else under same situation??

It has been more than 3 weeks,, ??? I called them,,they said that sometimes it takes more time,,,but how much??? Really its a tough time to wait whereas others who applied after 19 got visa,,,

Yes, it is really worrisome . My cousin had submitted her application to Chandigarh Consulate on June 30th,2015,through VFS Jalandhar. She has been offered position to join M.Engg. at Univ. of Calgary ,falls-2015.
It has been observed that a couple of applicants have got lesser time for their Student Permit approval.

Interestingly, one or two of them are under SPP, NON UNIVERSITY CATEGORY.No offence to any one, though. yet, how does Consulate office prioritize the applicants, is intriguing.

Ur thought on it. Please share ur details to better understand the situation.

It has been observed that a couple of applicants have got lesser time for their Student Permit approval.
