applied in Oct under NOC which is no more eligible, Pls help

hello friens,

i applied Under NOC 6211 in the Oct & they received it on Oct 28th by Mike Conn which i tracked it on Canada Post website. is my file will be screened normally or under the danger light.
or do i with draw my application and reapply it after working for a year with another Noc which is eligible for immigration & when i validate my generic application form is it get saved in to the cio data base so that when i apply with new NOC after an year they will still see my Old generic form.

Pls help.
