applied in Nov, 09 !!! no response till now

Hi all,

I had applied for PR under skilled worker category in November, 09 while I was in US. I returned to India in the month of January and have requested for address change to India. I did not received any response on my application till now.

I am not sure whether my application is initiated. Kindly advice how much time it takes to intiate the application and will they consider the address change request. How do I know the status of my application?

It does not take this long at CIO, check at your old address, your mail box/ spam /junk mail, communication from CIO must be there. Normally it takes 2 months at CIO. Check your bankers/ credit card regarding receiving of payment by CIO. Time is running out for you.

Payment Fee is not debited from my accounts and did not received any communication so far.

Is it a good idea to re-apply for the new PR now or should i wait for some more time till the address change happens?
