Applied in August for Fall 2020, AIP received, No medical update & eligibility rolled back

Hi guys,
I have been seeing a lot of August applicants received PPR is the last two days.

My timeline is below:

File submitted - 3rd august (upfront medicals)
Medicals - not updated
Biometrics- 16th November (Dubai) - updated
AIP -22nd September
Fall 2020 student, studying online for second semester.

Eligibility changed from it is in process to we will message you when it starts again in December.

Is anyone in the same situation as me and has heard back or gotten updates?

I also applied on 3rd August SDS from Pakistan.
Medical passed and Eligibility review started same day on 21st Sept.
Received 5 to 6 ghost updates until the first week of November. After that, no update at all stuck on the Eligibility review.
No AIP or BVL.
College is on the COVID DLI List.
Raised the webform on 1st December and received a response on 29th Dec that your application is in process and the processing office is Ottawa.

My application is also being processed in Ottawa. I sent a webform 22nd Jan but no response yet. I have requested for GCMS notes but will receive it in 3 weeks time.
