Applied for work permit from India, got stuck after lockdow

I have completed my 2 years study from Canada and after that I came India to visit in January 2020 but as lockdown happened meanwhile my study permit got expired and I had to apply for work permit from here, since then biometrics are closed for work permit and there is no update that when it will open or is there any other way that I can get my work permit.?
If anyone has any updates regarding this situation please update me too.

You need biometrics if you don’t have them. Some people have travelled to another country that has offices open for biometrics .

I have been waiting for biometrics to open since a very long time, now it has opened but only for students and family class I dont know when it will open for work permit. Can you suggest me which countries have opened it or is there any other way to do it??
