Applied for Work Permit from Belgium, but then entered Canada as visitor before receiving work permit.

Hi everyone,

As the title suggests, I applied for a work permit in Belgium. While awaiting the decision on my work permit, I traveled to Canada as a visitor (I have immediate family in the country), which is where I am now. Assuming that my work permit will be approved, how can I receive it from inside Canada?
