Applied for TRV Online and I got this message. HELP, got little time left to act

Hi, I applied for my TRV (while I am still waiting for my PR case to move forward, still expecting PPR) about 15 days ago and in myCIC account this is the message I got yesterday. What I am unsure about is if they want my original passport or scanned copy mailed to their office, or scanned copy uploaded to myCIC account (which i dont know how to do anymore). What is quite misleading is their choice of words(scanned copy, received at this office, upload)...so any help will be appreciated. I have up until May 13 for them to get it...so please help.

I know it sounds confusing but they want you to scan the bio-data pages of your passport and e-mail it back to them. When they ask you to scan they are not requesting originals - "Unless originals are requested, please upload the requested documents/information by using your MyCIC account."

I posted this same question on the TRV forum and I got someone saying they mean I should send my actual passport. Now I really dunno what to do. Has anyone ever applied for a TRV online before? Most likely not an american citizen? Please share your experiences if you have been in this situation.

Thanks but that is another thing that throws me off, I scanned those pages for my application so they should have it. Except they just need a second copy. Thanks for your help! I hope to get trhis done tomorrow so I am all over the internet searching for answers because I dont trust CiC to reply me before this deadline. lol

Apparently I just figured I left out my bio page when I submitted my passport pages...lol..who even does that? So pretty much the request letter i got was more of a request for missing information. So I have corrected it now and uploaded the right document. Thanks again...glad my panic attack is over!
