Applied for Study permit from Pakistan with upfront medical.

Dear Altruists, I applied with upfront medical on 10th october 2018 for winter session. Gave biometric on 12th. Medical Passed status was updated on 14th October. Eligibility review status was updated on 15th oct to " We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirement " since then no updates. What are the chances on getting visa approved. Does medical passed status means good new or it is just an update regarding medical.
P.s I got acceptance from McMaster for masters in manufacturing engineering.

Can u please list the documents you applied with? And ur profile?

Giving medical upfront and clearing it does not indicate whether your application will be accepted or rejected.
So you will have to wait a while longer.
