Hello all seniors, experts, I seek for your opinions on what are my chances for a visa this time :
These are the documents I submitted last time on June ,2014 :
* O level , AS level and GED Marksheets,
* I got admission from a city college which had just started and I would be a first batch student
* My father's bank statement ( the closing credits were 129 , don't burst into laughter please )
* One of my father's small business trade license
* A very poor half page SOP
the reasons for VO's refusals were :
*I would not leave canada at the end of my 2 year long diploma course
* Travel history
*financial status and assets ( obvious )
*purpose of visit
*family ties
I didn't show any official document of the transfer of CAD $30,000 to my college. I was actually misled
This time these are my documents :
* LOA from University Of New Brunswick's Bachelor of Science in Engineering ( Mechanical ) Degree { i have also been accepted by MOUNT ALLISON UNIVERSITY , i mentioned it in my SOP but didn't submit the LOA )
*Academic certificates, plus IELTS : 7.5 ( L: 8.5, R: 7.5, S: 7, W: 6.5 )
*Documents of my father's 4 businesses
*Bank statement with huge transaction history and a closing balance of CAD $73,000 ( If they audit , they can see that the amount is still there )
*Audit report of my father's assets and businesses from Chartered Accountant
*Affidavit
* A very good SOP
*photocopy of Assets' certificate
So, are things looking good for me ?
