Applied for Study Permit but no longer want to study.

Hello, I applied for my study permit and have given my biometric but I no longer want to pursue my education in Canada. So what do I do when my application is accepted and they ask for my passport for stamping and I need to get my tuition and GIC refund as well.

I want to visit canada as a tourist so should I apply for a visitor visa ?

please help me guys.

You can withdrawal your application through sending a webform directly to the office it was sent to.
