Applied for stdent visa Chandigarh and complication

My sister in India had applied for a student Visa on Nov 4 and received request for medical on 21 Nov. The medicals were to have reached the embassy on Nov 28.

She then received a letter that was addressed to DMP. She wasn't asked to undergo any medical test again, but the doc had to prepare the report again as there were some discrepancies in Section C. This happened on the 9 December.

Now medicals were emailed to the embassy and till date we haven't heard anything! Should we be worried?? She has applied for the Jan intake with no possibility of deferral.

It looks normal and on time. At the most, it would be;

1. Visa approval
2. Or, a request for letter of late registration (not letter of deferral).
