Applied for PR under CEC class from Ontario suggestion to move to montreal

Hi guys
I applied for PR under CEC last month. I also applied for BOWP and now I am under applied status for both applications. My wife who got recently graduated also applied for PGWP along with my PR application
Me and my wife got a job in Quebec at a same place
Need suggestions like Can I go to Montreal before getting my PR under the applied status

There is no implied status when you applied for PR. Your BOWP is the one giving you that.
You are not suppose to live in Quebec if you are applying with CEC.
The recommendation will be to wait for you to get your PR and then move to Quebec.
