Applied for PR today, but work permit expiring in a month..what to do.

Hi I applied for cec today but my pg wp is expiring on Aug 4, 2014. I have no clue what to do, how can i continue to work and stay in Canada? Please help . I am guessing the acceptance letter will take a while and I dont want my work permit to expire till then, how can i continue to work and maintain my status till I get the acceptance letter from cec to apply for bridge workpermit?

Read this thread. There are ways by which you can apply for BOWP without an AOR.
