Why did you return if your employer is not providing with you with any work hours. You don’t qualify for an OWP. You would need to start the process all over again and find an employer willing to apply for an LMIA and then apply for a WP.

I know sir but currently there is covid situation and government Canada support for who has lost there job due to covid.And am the one who lost my job. And my wife has an open work permit.and she will come after two month.Moreover recently one employer has been interested in me and they will need to hire me.

You didn’t lose your job you never started working which is very different. You shouldn’t have been able to land if your employer no longer needed you as an employee. How did your wife get an SOWP if you are not working? You could end up in a lot of trouble for misrepresenting your situation. To travel she will need special authorization including proof that you are actually currently working at your job. They can’t just hire you. They need to obtain an LMIA and then you need to apply for a new WP. That may take over 6 months and has no guarantees. I would be consulting with a Canadian immigration lawyer since you seem to be declaring that you are actively working many times when you are not. I hope you have also not applied for any government support programs since you don’t qualify given that you never worked in Canada. Your employer should have advised IRCC that your services were no longer needed.

Yes. You also need to inform IRCC that you never worked for your employer and failed to disclose this on the SOWP application. The SOWP application is dependent on you working in your NOC B job. You were supposed to advise IRCC that the WP never turned into a job. Would add that in some provinces you also may have received a health card you aren’t entitled to because you never worked in Canada. Your wife shouldn’t book a ticket to Canada because she will need to apply for authorization to travel to Canada and if you are not working it isn’t essential for her to join you.

Would just stress that not being honest to IRCC is a very bad idea. You shouldn’t have been able to come to Canada if you knew your employer didn’t need your services anymore and You shouldn’t have been able to travel back to Canada if you didn’t have a job to return back to.
