You can apply for visitor visas as there is no such thing as dependent visas. Current processing is 8 months and your wife needs to do biometrics (currently closed in India). Then if approved they need authorization travel.
So if you don’t have a job why are you coming to Canada? You can’t work as you have a closed work permit.

But do you have a job in Canada? If yes with a positive LMIA and closed work permit you can come to Canada. Visitor visa processing is 8+ months & your wife has to do biometrics (if not done already) and VACs are currently closed in India. Then they apply for authorization to travel.
No currently not but I have close work permit latter and a valid LMIA LATTER AND ALSO A SIN NUMBER
I don’t understand. With a closed work permit and LMIA, you can only work for that employer. If they are no longer hiring you then you don’t have a job. What will you do in Canada without a job.

Now am preparing for IELTS FOR 8777 BAND and put my file in FSTP programme may claime 50 points for LMIA AND offer latter or without job offer may put my file in FSTP programme Please suggest
So you are a trades person. You claim 50 points if your employer has stated that they will keep you employed one year following your PR. You don’t have a job to claim points. If applying for Express Entry if you want your wife to accompany you she needs to do her IELTS and get her education assessed too.
To be eligible for FSTP, you need a;
- valid job offer of full-time employment for a total period of at least 1 year or
- certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority
If you don’t have proof that you are actually working in Canada or you have a current job offer your wife will not qualify for an SOWP. Given the uncertain economic conditions many employers no longer needed employees so IRCC is verifying that people are actually employed not that you have a WP. Would add that your wife is unlikely to have health insurance in most provinces. It seems like you want to have your child in Canada but that is unlikely to be possible. Even if your wife got a TRV she would need special authorization to travel to Canada and you’d need to prove that you were working in Canada with a recent letter from your employer.
It doesn’t make sense that you still want come to Canada when ;
1- You’ll be unemployed ( per you )
2- No healthcare coverage ( per the Government)
3- Wife is pregnant ( go back to # 2)
4- There’s a pandemic going on
Suggest you stay in your country , your wife gives birth , then when everything is hopefully back to normal , you start at square one .
Hello all My name is Devendrasinh Chauhan and I have a work permit visa close with LMIA based but my employer didn't give me a job a single day and since then I am a job less do I eligible switch the employer cuase recently one of the employer will give me a job if I would switch the employer or can get open work permit.Is it possible.If any one have answer or suggestions please help.i am in Canada and I was came here in August and lived here 2 months and went back to India foe my wife pregnancy and now I am come back and in quarentine.
