Applied for non-express entry PR for OINP masters stream.. Also got ITA for regular express entry profile

Hi,

I have submitted my application for the OINP masters stream PR application via non-express entry portal.
How much time will it take to receive an "acknowledgement of receipt or AOR" ?.

I also got an invitation to apply for the regular express entry profile. What to do?
