I have applied for sponsership. My husband lives in canada, I came here, married him, applied, and then left and got hassled at the border. They gave me a temporary resident visa, for three months. I applied for an extension. My new one said that I cannot work, and that it does not guarentee re-entry.

My question is, is it okay for me to travel to Fl and back while waiting for my application to be processed? Or will they deny me entry at the border?

I have elderly grandparents who I would like to see at least once more. Hoping I can go home for a visit.

You can leave - but there is never a guarantee you will be allowed back in. If you aren't allowed back in, then your inland application will be effectively canceled/refused.

If you need to be able to travel in and out of the country you may want to withdraw your inland application and apply outland.
