Applied for EE, Withdrew, new EE Profile Question

Applied for EE and got invited into the pool after having over the required number of points.

Creating new profile and the question asks, Has XYZ applied for Express Entry before?

Do I answer yes or no to this question?

Nothing untoward, I did apply for EE, but withdrew my profile from the pool effectively straight away so not sure if it is a yes or no?

So even though I got an ITA, since I withdrew the profile and didn't submit any documents for PR I still answer no?

Unless you submitted e-apr post ITA, the answer should be No.
