Applied for any Canadian visas? Please help for this quesion-urgent

Under this question -

Applied for any Canadian Visas (e.g. Permanent Resident, Worker , Student, Temporary Resident Permit,Temporary Resident Permit(Visitor))

Should i mention all the Work permits that i have got ( including the extensions) or

is this only Visas ( no work permit details)
