Hey everyone
So before making my current EE profile, I made another one before and since at that time I didn't know that I need an ECA, I submitted my profile and immediately got rejected without even entering the pool(it gave me the "you don't meet the minimum requirements" message).
So,now in my new profile, there are 2 questions:
"Has "this applicant" applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"
"Has "this applicant" applied for Express Entry before?" ?
What should I answer? ( I haven't got my ITA if it matters)
