Applied 21 June for TRV. After 39 Days No Reply.

Acknowledgment letter receive 6 july
attach paper application online.
Still 30 July showing "submitted" not start reviewing
I mention about family function date 5 Aug. I will arrive 2 Aug. :(

Feeling upset and disappointed.

In the same boat. Applied 22nd June. Flying 3rd Aug for wedding on 4th. No updates from them whatsoever. I don't think we will make it as even if we get approved in the next few days we still need to send in our passports to get stamped which takes about 7 days.

This is the slowest process I have dealt with. Usually I get approved within a few days. The longest was 3 weeks for Australia and that was just before Christmas.

Also very disappointed!

Wow.....I applied June 19 from Jamaica.....my vacation starts August 2, I was planning on leaving August 4.......I really empathize.

Just got an email requesting my passport today. Flying in 48 hours. Should I go to the embassy myself tomorrow?

Whether or not you are granted a TRV for 10 years will depend on a number of factors. Visa fees are CAD 100 for all TRV applications

61days today, applied 1st of June in the UK and still no pogress.. Planning to travel 20th of August.

Same case. Visitor Visa Applied online on 21 June 2018 from INDIA
Confirmation letter on 21 jun. 2018
Acknowledgment letter from Delhi on 6 July 2018.
PR of whole family 1997.
3 months stay & return alone. Other 3 members not went in 1997.
Daughter Student Visa 2007, PR 2011, Citizen

Heard back from them yesterday requesting my passport. However, I'm flying tomorrow morning so I probably won't make it :(

by when the decision would be taken.. any idea?
