Assume the reply to your question is in the thread title 2015. After all this time the first question might be did the OP even get an acknowledgement that their application was received ?
Same we also applied in 2015 interview federal AOR everything is done but waiting for medical request , but one of my family member also applied in Quebec Investor category in 2013 and they left for Canada in mid of 2016 means 41 months for the whole procedure
