can anyone give me an advice whats happening to the cic manila??my inlaws have apply under fsw since 2004 but until now no progress yet...can anyone experience the same situation here?

they already inquire thru mail but the cic manila did not reply.thanks for the links i check the processing time in manila 80% are being finalized within 66months..sounds crazy but what else can we do but wait...they are almost there.thnx again for the links
