Hello everyone!!

We got the visa n passport this morning!!!!! Soooo happy.

MissSA108, i am sure you will get your passport back sooner than me. I just do not know why ours took so much time

I hope so too zaara... but I'm planning on going in Jan hopefully.
Better book ticket soon coz I heard ticket prices are sky high in Dec.

From what I have seen online.. They are working on applications received on the 9th of sept.. so I am sure you will hear from them soon.. It usually takes two months from the date you applied.
As for the second stage it's really hard to tell bcoz each case is different but try looking at all the time lines.. The average time what I've seen so far is 4 to 6 months for the second stage.
Anyways I hope this helps.. I really hope and pray you hear from them soon and my advise to you is to be patient and have faith... best of luck xxx

Iwas there last december and came back jan. It was super cold. SA winter clothes aint that suited for that kind of weather. But thank God for the heating system . If u already staying in Canada ignore my advice hahaha. U probably know more

Hi Guys

Very happy for you Zaara and hope Miss SA tastes the joy of having the passport real soon.

I have landed yesterday after a very long flight and i was really exhausted.

I had to wait for nearly three hours at the immigration and be prepared guys. The process is about 10 minutes but there was a long queue. They give you your sin there itself.

Miss SA, it's very cold in here and bring some warm clothes as Kitty has suggested.

Wish you guys best of luck and hope that you hear something at the earliest.
