Applications processed by Canadian offices

Hi just wonder are there lots of people got approved from Canadian offices?
So far I can only see applications got approved are processed in local offices.
Even in China, most full approvals came from Beijing offices, and there’s even one Indian applicant got approval from Beijing office

I am also curious about this question. Is it Indian staff working at local Visa Application Center processing our application or it gets processed in Canada or somewhere else.

Visas are not process in VAC, they are processed at the embassy of each country. So if you are Indian and applied through non-sds, most likely your visa will be process at Canadian embassy in India by Canadian officers. If you are sds, your visa will be processed at either Ottawa or Edmonton which are Canadian offices within Canada. However, there are some cases, such as mine, who applied non-sds, but applications are handled within Canada
