My wife is Nepali and is living in the UK. We applied for her PR under Family sponsorship. Although, she lives in the UK, her file was transferred to New Delhi visa office (I guess based on her citizenship). With this thread, I am would like to know the experience about the similar cases in the past or that are being processed currently. Particularly, I am concerned about (a) If they decided to take an interview, how does that work. Does she have to travel to India or it can be done in the UK (b) How can one send passport. Does NDVO returned passport if the applicant is not in India/Nepal or Bhutan?.
