den i go through with colleges website....dey said there will be 100% refund within 10 days....tuc aap refund karwaye... agent through kyu???

Refund college to college depend krda ya!!! Koi college 100$ withheld krda koi $250

But GIC vich $100 deduct hunde ne...same for all the applicant

One should transfer money for college fees and GIC directly from his/her account and also refunds. That way you'll be sure consultant can't do anything.

P.S There is case from Jalandhar(Punjab) a consultant ran away with refunds from college.
