guess what - we have received a passport request!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally Bucharest is moving.
So, it was an e-mail. They asked for original passports vailid for 12 month. Visa will be valid till the day of med exams done (till May,2). Also asked for 2 fresh pictures, height and eye color. Asked for Right of Permanent Residence Fee - very confused about it! We have 30 days to deliver all this. Visa will be stamped during 15 working days. Courier can deliver and collect our passports.
So my question - is there any receipt to pay RPR fee?? They said I can find a link for "teller receipt" on their (Bucharest) site, but there is no a clue!!!! Like just go to the bank and pay your sum.

Congratulations. I never got any receipt from London VO for the RPRF but i dont care. I got the Visa. So dont worry about the receipt.

After issuing second AOR by NDVO what is the maximum time spend for releasing visa, as per the AOR later they call the 10 month processing time for visa, but any case is there that spend more then 10 month from the AOR date to visa stamping.

Is that so? I thought the ECAS checking was over once we got the Visa. Did you receive your PR cards?

Yesterday I was looking at the Visa closely and it mentions - Single Entry. Now I know it may not matter to you as you hold a UK passport and so you can get in and out of Canada as many times as you like without Visa, we Indians need a Visa to get it. So if this is a single entry visa, my question is when do we get the 5 year multiple entry visa? Is it after landing or when we receive the PR cards?

Input from other people (esp Indians or people from subcontinent) who have landed will be appreciated.

My understanding is that once you have the PR card, it allows you to exit and re-enter Canada without a need for entry visa. Only temporary residents and visitors are required to obtain re-entry visas as far as I know.

Can't possibly answer you from personal experience as we obviously haven't completed our own landing. I have however read anything between 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Maybe, those who have recently landed can weigh in here.

As per the 2 AOR means the later which was sended by NDVO with reciept, in that latter they mention that if there is no any communication within 10 month from visa office then you will call to VO : as per the latter what statet

Processing time
Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied to,
require an average of 10 months to process at this office. lf you have not received any
instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application, you are
requested to contact this office directly.

that's why i'm telling you that should i contacted them or what ?
because we already submitted full application even PCC also.

Tends to be somewhat POE dependent, but usually 4 to 8 weeks.
