in the last note by the officer, is like this: Preparation Review Completed, Pending: PPT, MEDS, RPRF, Bachelor Degree of PA, Crim file is in ECU for Officer's review.......


Does anybody know, how to define my current status on this?

Just received MR+RPRF+PCC+PASSPORT request. Need to submit everything by Oct 16th. Haven't read everything in detail. Will post details if there's anything worth mentioning.

Is there a Form #....what does the form talk about? Is it IMM 5292 B - Generic Document - 3 part distribution?

This is the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and passport still probably attached to the PR visa. When you come to Canada (Landing procedure) sign this Generic Document-3 Part Distribution, check out this form and CBSA officer will enter any missing data about you into the FOSS (CIC / CBSA immigration database), take away 2 copies and return you one copy for your records.

If you read the numerous earlier pages before the actual comments you will know whether eligibility, seurity/background checks are done/intiated/completed or not.

I believe the last comment is by CIO office and there will be few more comments by your VO before that. If you post the comment/s as it is then somebody out here might be able to help.

Pay close attention to the dates for each comment to get an idea as to when your file was opened/worked upon.

File went to in process around the 26th July, we were given 60 days to update info , all that was done and returned around 23rd aug,60 days should be up soon . Ecas is at in process will it change if we have to get MR,hopefully won't have to wait much longer. I'd say this is prob the most stressful time awaiting to see if we have to get MR.Ecas checked about100 times a day . Goodluck to all who await news and congrats to all who have had good news. :-*

Sailing in the same boat with u......Got "IN PROCESS" on 3rd August along with a letter to update PCC etc within 60 days.....have now submitted all updated documents....sitting with fingers crossed...
