Hi Table,

Unfortunately, the VO can not be transferred to other VO.

You will have to inform the VO of the change of address and that's pretty much you can do. So, at a latter stage IF you are asked for an Interview you may have to go to UK. But I have seen one case on this forum where the VO had asked if the applicant could be available for an Interview at the previously chosen VO ( since he had changed his address to Homecountry)....there was no followup on that case (on the forum) so really do not know what happened. Visa office can be changed only at the discretion of the VO itself which is called Program Integrity, i.e if VO needs help with local authorities to check on credentials etc.

But surely, when PP will be requested , you will have to find a suitable way to send it to London VO in person or through friends and also find an address in London for them to be delivered back by the VO. PP's can not be sent out of India...it is illegal.

Seriously, what is up with Buffalo? I am loosing my mind. I requested CAIPS notes and they responded saying they need more time. My address disappeared from ECAS but still not a word from Buffalo. I am seriously considering applying under CEC. :'(
